Direct Mobility Australia

Overview

We offer two fulfilment methods depending on the product and your location: Supplier Direct Shipping and Warehouse Shipping from our Ravenhall facility. For local customers, we may also offer same-day delivery for in-stock items, subject to our daily schedule.

Supplier Direct Shipping

  • Some items are shipped directly from our suppliers.
  • Typical delivery timeframe: 1–2 weeks to your address (variable by supplier and location).
  • Local customers: we can provide a free backup device until your new product arrives — beds and lift chairs are excluded.

Warehouse Shipping (Ravenhall, VIC)

  • For warehouse items, we create the shipping label on the same day your order is confirmed.
  • The courier is scheduled to pick up the parcel the following morning.
  • Transit time depends on your location and the courier service selected at checkout.

Local Same-Day Delivery

  • Available for customers in the Melbourne metro area on eligible in-stock warehouse items.
  • Availability is subject to our daily delivery schedule and workload.
  • Tip: Please contact us before ordering to confirm eligibility and timeslot.

Delivery Exceptions

  • Beds and lift chairs may require special handling and are excluded from the temporary loan/backup service.
  • Bulky or heavy items may need extra time or a specialised carrier; we will contact you if special arrangements are required.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation and (where applicable) a tracking link.
  • For same-day deliveries, our team will contact you directly to confirm delivery window and access details.
