The Dal Slide nā Dine Assistance Chair is Australiaās only dual-control assistive dining and mobility chair, specifically developed to eliminate mealtime transfer hazards and caregiver strain. Featuring a patented dual-control brake release system, the automatic locking castors can be released independently by the user via a tactile side lever or by a caregiver using a rear-mounted handle. Available in two tailored frame heights (450 mm Low and 490 mm Standard), with lift-up transfer armrests and advanced GelteqĀ® pressure-care options, it glides smoothly to and from the dining table while remaining rock-solid during seated dining.
Patented Dual-Control Brake Allows either the seated user via a side lever or an attendant from the rear push handle to smoothly disengage the auto-locking castors for effortless table positioning.
Auto-Locking Safety Castors Castors automatically lock into a stationary position when the release lever is disengaged, ensuring zero movement during sit-to-stand transfers or seated dining.
Fold-Up Transfer Armrests Armrests lift upwards smoothly to facilitate unobstructed lateral sliding transfers directly from wheelchairs, commodes, or standing transfer aids.
